1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ezyworkz platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Ezyworkz provides laundry businesses with a modern operating system to manage orders, customers, and point-of-sale operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Service.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Maintain and promptly update the registration data, and any other information you provide to Ezyworkz, to keep it accurate, current and complete.
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the registration data and any other information you provide to Ezyworkz.

You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ezyworkz, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ezyworkz Inc. is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
